H&H produces a full line of hydraulic
powered pumps for various applications including water, sewage, sludge,
industrial waste, manure, chemicals, and slurry removal. The advantage
of the Hydraulic Submersible Pump is two fold. Fluid power is both
a versatile and safe method to transfer power from one location to
another. |
|
How does it work? The pump shaft of the hydraulic submersible pump
is directly connected to a hydraulic motor which is in turn powered
by hydraulic fluid. The hydraulic fluid pressure and flow to the
motor is created by a hydraulic pump that is directly connected
to a diesel engine or electric motor. The hydraulic fluid flow and
pressure is transmitted from the power pump to the pump motor via
two small diameter, high pressure, flexible hoses; a pressure hose
and a return hose.
The pumps are available in standard discharge sizes
from 3" to 16". Discharge flows range from 925 gallons
per minute to over 9,000 gallons per minute.

H&H produces
a full line of diesel hydraulic power units designed specifically
to power H&H Pumps, SPLATs, and Dredges. The units feature Cummins
or Deutz diesel engines ranging from 43 horsepower to 220 horsepower.
Each is equipped with safety shutdown allowing unmanned operation.
Hydraulic circuits can be configured to power multiple pumps or
other tools requiring hydraulic power.
The trailer
mounted units feature fully lighted, road legal accessories which
allow easy access to the most remote sites. In addition picker cranes
can be mounted to assist with pump handling and placement. Fabricated
hose brackets and pump baskets enable operators to carry pumps and
hoses easily on the power unit.

The H&H Series
3 Hydraulic Submersible Pumps offers the unique feature of a hydraulically
operated gate positioned at the pump casing transition that allows
the operator to mix heavy liquids with the use of one single pump.
This function is controlled remotely at the power unit just as our
Series One or Two pumps are operated. The only modification that
needs to be made to the power unit is the addition of a Slurry Gate
Circuit. Pumps range in discharge sizes from 4" to 12"
and capacities of 775GPM's to 6000 GPM's at 25' TDH. H&H's Slurry
Gate Pumps can pass solids up to 6" in diameter.
